REVIEW OF 2 PET. 3:10
EXTANT DOCUMENT. OF FULFILLED PROPHECY

Review of 2 Peter 3:10

THE LAST DAYS ACCORDING TO JESUS, MATTHEW 10:23 and Luke 21:20, 22, 32, 33. YOU MUST BELIEVE 11 PETER is FULFILLED. THERE IS NO ALTERNATIVE, LUKE 21:22.

ACCEPT OR DENY, BELIEVE AND LIVE. ROMANS 12:2, “PROVE WHAT THE WILL OF GOD IS.”

INSIDE SUBJECTS LEADING TO 2 PETER 3:10

1. THIS GENERATION. WHAT GENERATION WILL WITNESS THE END?

2. Matthew 5:17-18.

3. BEFORE THE DESTRUCTION OF JERUSALEM AND JUDAH WHO PREACHED TO THE GENTILES.

4. SECOND PETER 3:1-18.

5. COMPREHENSIVE RESEARCH LEADING TO THE FULFILLMENT OF 2 PET. 3.

6. WILL GOD ACTUALLY DESTROY HEAVEN AND EARTH?

7. COMPREHENSIVE EXAMINATION OF PHRASES LEADING TO COMPLETE FULFILLMENT.

WHAT GENERATION WILL WITNESS THE END?

“This generation will by no means pass away till all these things are fulfilled” Matthew 24:34. In research we find that this verse recalls Matt. 16:28, and affirms that some of the disciples would live to see the Parousia This would presuppose a relatively early date for the event.

Was Jesus in error in His predictions of the nearness of the End, if this saying is regarded as authentic? Attempts to explain this difficulty include such arguments as: A. that the reference is not to the End, but to the fall of Jerusalem. But are not the accompanying words on 35-36 too solemn to refer simply to some specific historical event. That “this generation” indicates the “people of God” which will survive till the end time. The phrase “this generation will by no means pass away” Matt. 24:34 is repeated in Luke 21:32-33. Simply put, Jesus beginning in Luke 21:6-33, sets up a time box for the destruction of Jerusalem, and of His coming, such would be in the period of the generation that Jesus personally lived in. Such generation would not extend beyond the lifetime of the Apostles. In honest research we find that Luke 21:6-33, recalls, Luke 19:12-27, “A certain Nobleman went into a far country to receive a Kingdom, and return”. The Nobleman was Christ, as Daniel 7:13-14 confirms. Secondly we see this Nobleman giving His ten servants money to invest until He returned, verse 15, having returned, He calls the ten servants to Him to see what gain they had received. Thus Luke recalls that the ten servants would be living when the Nobleman returned. Those servants, as did the family of Jesus lived within the years of that generation the slightest research proves this. J. Stuart “Russell argues that 99 persons in every 100 would immediately understand Jesus to mean that the events He was predicting would fall within the limitations of the lifetime of an existing generation. This means, not that every person present will necessarily be alive at the time of the Fulfillment, but that many or most will be”.

THE MEANING OF “THIS GENERATION.

Surely the texts we have examined are relevant to the central questions we are facing in this Document. What is meant by the phrase “this generation will not pass away”, a truthful argument that the meaning can only be a period no longer than the life span of a generation, which is thirty to forty years. Our Lord’s predictions may be safely left to take care of themselves; it is for us to try to understand them, without them being changed to a period thousands of years future. Common sense in the use of “this generation” throughout the Gospels makes it clear that it means the generation in which Jesus lived, and to whom Jesus were speaking, to the existing Jewish race, Matt 24:9. In all His personal teaching, He was teaching to His contemporaries and not some generation far off. God does not teach

DISPENSATIONALLISM, or some form of PREMILLENNIALLSM when speaking of “generation”. The adjective “THIS” points to the contemporary nature of the “generation”. If some future “generation ”had been in view, Jesus could have chosen the adjective “THAT”. I cannot prove to every one that this meaning is fool proof; but I can say that it is demonstrable without dispute and in keeping with the tone of Scripture.

WHAT “GENERATION” WAS ABOUT TO END?

“Jerusalem will be trampled by the Gentiles Until the times of the Gentiles are fulfilled”, Luke 21:24. Israel and Judah will suffer the destruction.  It is the desolate described in Daniel 9:24-27, Daniels people, Daniel 9:14, the desolate. Daniel 12:7, the desolate Jews. In our Lord’s final address to the Jews, delivered on the same day as this discourse on the Mount of Olives, He declared “All these things shall come upon this generation, Matt. 23:36. In all Scripture it is Israel, which will be trampled underfoot by the Gentiles. The Gentiles spoken of was the fourth world empire Rome.

MATTHEW 5:17-18, ANALYSIS.

(17) “Do not think that (I)  (come) to abolish the law or the prophets; I did NOT COME TO ABOLISH; but to fulfill”. Using English grammar. We first look at (do not think that) station- the mind of Jesus. These statements are made as Jesus continues His Sermon on the Mount at this point Jesus is answering questions. So this statement, “do not think”, He is calling upon the 12 not to jump the gun, not to make up their mind before he finishes, in this way, there could not be any mistake in what He is about to say. “I hear is a personal pronoun in this case showing authority. Matt. 28:18, however at this point the 12 Disciples was not aware of the degree of His authority  (COME) Come is always PRESENT TENSE. Meaning that the contents of the verse has no sufficient value at a later date. “TO ABOLISH”, to destroy literally, to burn down, to wash away. And Jesus said, “I DID NOT COME TO ABOLISH.” Jesus thinking as you or I would do when relating an important event. Jesus Said to His disciples understand what I am telling you make no mistake. “I did not come to abolish the law or the prophets”. I CAME TO FULFILL”.

”For truly I say to you, until heaven and earth pass away, not the smallest letter or stroke shall pass away from the law UNTIL ALL IS FULFILLED”. ”UNTIL HEAVEN AND EASRTH PASS AWAY” almost always you hear preachers teach that in the future Christ will return to burn up the heaven and earth! But did Christ have this in mind when He made this statement? Lets try to understand what He really meant 2000 years ago, and let’s try to understand that the purpose of the sermon on the mount of Olives was not to teach destruction, rather to educate His disciples and prepare them for their journey into the world of lost souls. It would have been in defiance of His purpose. The Authority that Jesus had was to teach the truth to a people who was unaware of the new teaching. Had He really meant that the literal world would burn up, would he not have been guilty of being defiant of God’s Covenant made to Himself? Lets answer that question before we go further. Genesis 8:20-22, read this in your Bible. Verse 21, God said, “I will never again curse the GROUND on the account of man. And never again will I destroy every living thing as I HAVE DONE. This was a Covenant God made to Himself and He made it known to every one who will study. What say ye?

Please turn in your Bible to Eccl. 1:4, “A generation goes and a generation comes, but the earth remains forever”. Psalms 78:69, “And He built His Sanctuary like the heights like the earth which He has founded forever”. Remember The Noah flood is in the past, this is future. Psalm’s 93:1, “The Lord reigns, He is clothed with majesty; The Lord has clothed and girded Himself with strength, indeed the world is firmly established, it will not be moved”. Psalm’s 104:5, He established the earth upon its foundation. So that it will not totter forever and ever. (Note) what does the word totter mean?

It is a verb, which describes something, in this case it means: To waver, about to fall, and to lose strength and fall. Psalm’s 119:90, “Thou did establish the earth, and it stands. Daniel 2:44, “The God of heaven will set up a Kingdom, it will endure forever”. Daniel 7:13-14, A Kingdom received by Christ, which will never be destroyed. (You study) 2 Tim. 2:15, it will help you understand this Document. I am going to Bed, its 2 Am. See you tomorrow.

Good Morning. Have you formed any truthful answers?

Here I have a cosmological argument. An argument in favor of CREATION.Nothing comes from nothing. The universe had to have a mover it had to start. Albert Einstein proved by math that the celestial bodies were created.

Dr. Kessel world renown scientist uses the second law of thermodynamics to prove creation of heaven and earth. Dr. Cothran proves by science that whatever had a beginning had also a prime mover. Gen. 1:1. Dr. Ault world renown scientist shows that all things were created full grown, plants, trees, rivers, mountains, rocks, fish, foul, beast, humans.

Dear student, and reader, you may wonder why I have used a cosmological argument that shows God created all things, Heaven and Earth, and that at a given time He made a Covenant to Himself, and made it public. You may question my creditability to establish such. (Answer) In the Christian University of Alabama, I earned two Master Degree the second was in Biblical Education with Earth Science as major. Dr. Henry Morris, and Dr. Holcomb both World Renown Scientist in hydraulics had a graduate student who taught these semesters. I went on to La. for my doctors. Therefore, I assume that this gives me advantage over the student who finished preachers school in two years where they are taught to teach a future coming of the Lord, and world burning from Matt. 5:17-18.

This last section regarding education, I feel is adequate and is indubitable. MATT. 5:18, “until heaven and earth pass away”. This phrase and others which is the same Luke 21:33, Luke 16: 17, and Second Peter Chapter three. Is where the futurist gets world burning. Look for yourself ask yourself this question? Did Christ live and die under the Law of Moses?

What did Christ come to do? Was it to destroy the world? Or was it to teach that God would change the law, Covenants?  Hebrews 8:1-13, Notice now something that only few recognize. Recognize that here during the Sermon on the Mount that Christ was talking about the day, here and NOW. In the sermon He does not mention World burning, rather He is talking about life in Christ what the people can have now. He came to fulfill that was His mission during His lifetime. Christ says to read Matthew 5:19, Rev. 22:18-19, be careful what your eyes read, careful what your ears hear. Study to show thyself approved by God, 2 Timothy 2:15.

So what is the background of Luke 16:1-18? The Self-righteous Pharisees. Christ teaching against the unjust, the law of Moses is extant, so the law of Moses will judge the Pharisees, it is easier for heaven and earth to pass away than for the law to fail. The verse 18 has nothing to say about world burning. Only the unlearned and futurist brings in world burning.

Luke 21:33, what is the background message here? Read chapter 21.

Having gone through chapter 21. You see 21:1-4, the art of contribution to the Lord’s work. Then we come upon 21: 5-9, And some of those present were talking about the luxury of the temple; their thoughts were that the Temple would be able to stand for thousands of years; but Jesus directs their minds in a different direction by saying that the day will come that not one stone will be left, upon another, it will be destroyed. The Disciples ask Jesus Teacher when shall these things be? The answer is a plea to be careful, and not be MISLEAD by FALSE TEACHERS. In brief Prove what the will of God is, Romans 12:2, without Biblical knowledge YOU can be misled. If you cannot do this, YOU join the PERFIDIOUS of the world in 2015. The disciples were warned of false teachers; but having the promise of the Holy Spirit, they were told not to prepare question and answers, the Holy Spirit would give them what they were to speak. Now we know that we do not possess the Holy Spirit as did the Apostles but lest we forget, we have the Holy Spirit with us each time we study the Scriptures. Each word of the Bible was given by the Holy Spirit. The Holy Spirit of God is the AUTHOR of each word within the Old and New Testaments. If you do not understand this how can you teach? How can you allow someone to teach you? Therefore, if you the student, or you the reader do not have some measure of Biblical knowledge you become a target for false teachers. Such is what Jesus measured out for His Disciples.

Remember. The disciples asked Jesus when would it be when one stone would not be left upon the other regarding the Temple at Jerusalem? Notice when we begin to study Luke 21: 20-33, Jesus uses a different form of language as He presents the DESTRUCTION OF ISRAEL. He uses Metaphorical language. It was not profitable to be up front in regards to the destruction of Judah and the Temple. The people would have trampled Him underfoot earlier than they did. REMEMBER, Jesus warned His Disciples that false teaches would come against Him and accuse Him of false teaching, Luke 20:19-20, it is no different today, when we the teachers teach the truth regarding Luke 21:20-33, we are accused of being perfidious heretic and nebulous subjects. Matt. 15:13 “Every plant which my heavenly has not planted shall be rooted up.”

(1) Jesus unequivocally reveals the destruction of Jerusalem. Notice, “ When you see the armies surround Jerusalem recognize that her destruction is at hand”. Notice also that Jesus does not include any other nation being destroyed, especially by fire. Therefore, the doctrine of world burning is false and is used as scare tactics on those who do not study to determine what is true. Jesus said to His Disciples, Lk. 21:8, “Take heed that you be not misled for many will come in my name”. The same is appellant today. World burning is taught more today, than conversion to Christianity. This is more reason for study.

(2) “Because these are the days of vengeance, in order that all things which are written may be fulfilled.” Jesus makes the inexpugnable statement, “all things which are written may be fulfilled”. Such statement incorporates the whole of Old Testament prophecy. You must remember that the New Testament was to fulfill the Old Testament. Notice Luke 24:44, “Now He said to them, these are my words which I spoke to you while I was still with you, that all things which are written about me in the law of Moses and the prophets and the Psalms must be fulfilled”.

The Jews of that day did not believe Jesus; the destroyer destroyed them. Today the people of the world do not believe? WHY?

Is it because the Disciples of Christ today has not been people who taught the truth of the Gospel of Christ? Rather, they have added their thoughts to the written Scripture? (Revelation 22:18-19, Deuteronomy 4:2.) Jesus said in Matt. 18:3, “Truly I say to you, unless you are converted and become like children, you shall not enter the kingdom of heaven.” Today you have Elders, Bishops, and Pastors of the Churches. Titus, 1:5, Instructions to Titus selects Elders for each Church, verse’s 6-8, qualifications for Elders. Notice the false teachers of verses 9-10, does this give you an idea of what, and who is causing problems in the Church. What was then, was a pattern then, is also reality today. (STUDY). Prophecy was fulfilled in Luke 21:20, the same is fulfilled today. Jerusalem was destroyed, the world judged. Prophecy ceased Zechariah 13:1-3. AGAIN Jesus said, “Prophecy must be fulfilled”.

QUESTION. Who are we? Who can prevent prophecy from being fulfilled?

Could we have prevented Jesus from coming to earth, especially after God had promised to send His Branch Zech. 3:8, If we could have stopped God long enough, we could have prevented the lifetime of suffering for Jesus. Zechariah informs us in 12:9-10, how mournful it was for Jesus and the truthful people of Jerusalem. Dear Student, and Reader, you better say Jessie we cannot do what you suggested in your question. (REPLY). You are right we cannot in any sense change God’s mind. In fact in Malachi 3:1-6, God explains how he planned to destroy Judah and Jerusalem, Some of the priesthood was against this idea; but God said in verse 6, “FOR I THE LORD DO NOT CHANGE”.

Luke 21:23-30, here the Lord gives signs and warnings of faith which will proceed verse 20, and verse 22 lets the world know that JESUS said “All would be fulfilled”. Be honest with yourself can you stand before God and say that Old testament prophecy has not been fulfilled? Do you think God would not punish the man who changed His word? Rev. 22:18-19.

THEN. How can man change the Scripture to suit his flavor? It is being done; but only to those who do not study. The modern Church has been pollinated with Paganism, humanism, and dispensational-ism will allow man to change by alternating the positive to the negative.

STUDENTS-If you do not insist upon YOUR students to comply with the Apostles doctrine, given by the Holy Spirit in 2 Timothy 2:15. “ Study to show thyself approved by God”. You cannot CONVERT a person who will not STUDY, Matt. 18:1-5. It is imperative that the student, or the reader takes time to confirm, or deny these conclusions Biblically.

BEFORE THE DESTRUCTION OF JERUSALEM AND JUDAH WHO PREACHED TO THE GENTILES?

Saul who was in training in Jerusalem for the priesthood went to the high Priest and asked for letters from him to the synagogues at Damascus, if he found any serving the Christ, who is called the Messiah of the Jews, men or women he would bind them and bring them to Damascus, And Ananias said, Lord I have heard from many about this man, how much harm he did to thy Saints, and here he has authority from the chief priests to bind all who called upon Christ’s name. BUT THE LORD SAID TO HIM, “GO FOR HE IS A CHOSEN INSTRUMENT OF MINE TO BEAR MY NAME BEFORE THE GENTILES AND KINGS AND THE SONS OF ISRAEL.” Acts 9:1-15.

Saul who was later called Paul became the Apostle for the Gentile nations. As others did Paul used ANTIOCH SYRIA, as a gathering place for all the Apostles to meet, Acts 11:25-30. The Apostle Paul established at least 13 Churches that he wrote to, or wrote to the one who was preaching there, for he would leave someone in charge of the Church when he would move to another place. Paul according to Ancient records

Paul died in Rome, he had been a prisoner with Peter, and each died in one day by Nero’s orders. Peter was crucified head down, while Paul was beheaded.

PETER, who was given the keys to the Kingdom of Heaven Matt. 16:19, what is meant by giving PETER the keys to the Kingdom. First, this promise gave Peter the authority to establish the Church Kingdom at Jerusalem on Pentecost AD 33. Acts 2:1-46. It also gave Peter the authority to preach to the Gentiles, and establish the Gentile Church. Acts 10:1-48 this gives the full account of Peter and his authority. In the writing of letters Paul writes to the Gentile world, while Peter writes unequivocally to the Christian Jews, which had been dispersed from Jerusalem, some 50,000 Jewish Christians were dispersed because of Christianity. These 50,000 moved into Asia and Asia Minor they constitute the 7 Churches of Asia, to whom the Apostle John wrote the Revelation, and sent it to the 7 Churches in Asia. Rev. 1:11, Peter wrote to these same Jews, as did John. 1 Pet 1:1-9. Verse 1. Peter an Apostle of Jesus Christ, TO “those who reside as aliens scattered”. James wrote his letter unequivocally   to the Jews in Asia. James 1:1, James To, “the twelve tribes who are dispersed abroad”. 2 Pet. 1:1 Simon Peter, a bondservant and Apostle of Jesus Christ “to those who have received a faith the same as ours”. To his brethren the aliens of 1 Pet. 1:1.

2 PETER 3:1-13 THE WORLD BURNING CHAPTER.

Peter was the Apostle to his people, as was Daniel, Daniel had great compassion for his people in captivity he was the prophet to his people, and a prophet for them. He was never concerned regarding other people. Peter likewise was the prophet to, and for his people that was dispersed from their homeland. What hurt peter most was that the Jews in Jerusalem confiscated their property took all their wealth and gave them only the clothes on their body Peter lamented over their loss. At this time it is very important to read first peter and keep the events fresh in your minds. Notice carefully the events of first Peter. (1) Peter writes to those who reside as aliens in Pontus, Galatia, Cappadocia, Asia, and Bithynia. The Jews had already established seven Churches in Asia. James also writes to this people, James 1: 1-2.  In reading first Peter you will notice that Peter has great concern for his people, he is concerned in regards to their salvation, he shows redundancy in pleading with them regarding the coming of Christ he states. 1 Pet. 1:5, he speaks to them about a salvation protected by the power of God and which will be revealed at the last time. Verse 7 they will be tested by fire the proof of their faith the results is the revelation of Jesus Christ. It seems that Peter when you read and study you will find in these verses that Peter is totally in unanimity with Christ regarding His coming. With this knowledge you will better understand second Peter. Now notice 1:7 “Although tested by FIRE you may be to result in praise and glory at the REVELATION of Jesus Christ. You may have a priority in believing in Peter teaching world burning; but think; here Peter makes it known that the people he is writing to would receive glory and honor at the Revelation of Christ. Did he not expect them to be living when Christ comes? Peter is redundant in 1:13 “Therefore, gird your mind for action, keep sober in spirit, fix your hope completely on the grace to be brought to you at the coming of Jesus Christ.

Compare 2:11-12 over and over Peter encourages his people to be strong and faithful especially among the Gentiles, then glorify God on the day of visitation. Compare this with 4:1-7 He who is ready to judge the living and the dead. Verse 7 “The end of all things is at hand”. Does John 2:17-18 Compare with Peter. John calls your attention to him when he say’s  “the world is passing away”. ‘It is the last hour”. John makes it very clear that this calamity is at hand, the last hour”. If we used the Syrian language we would say it’s a long way to heaven; but he will be here within the week. Really you should make yourself study 1 Peter 4:4-5, there you would know what world is going to be destroyed you can come to no other conclusion it is the Jewish world. The promise land was God’s world, this is where the children of Israel lived and died. When they arrived they were informed by God to build a Tabernacle in that Tabernacle they were to build the Holy of Holies, His Sanctuary in there was to be the Ark of the Covenant, God lived there in the holy of holies among His people, indeed the land of Israel was God’s world, it was Holy. It was the heaven and earth of God. That which was to be destroyed and burned to the ground was God’s past heaven and earth.

It would seem that there would be several years between his first letters. In the first letter you will notice that his priority was encouragement, and the coming of Christ in judgment it seems that the Churches were stable and without any greatest problems. However, beginning with his second letter you see at first he begins relating the falling away from the Church, he goes into detail regarding the sinful acts of the people. Dear reader I beg of you read 2 Pet. chapter two, I have been convinced that when you read this chapter, you will be convinced that Peter is writing to the Jews in both letters, and it was not intended for The Gentiles, and was not until the 16th century when the Restoration took place. At that time there arose some 28 to 30 preachers no two could agree to believe alike, each one had his own interpretation. As of this date we have some 2300 different denominations.

There remains some very important things to look for in 2 Pet. 2:9 the Jewish people who was saved from Jerusalem in 50 AD has now established 7 Churches in Asia, the 7 Churches of Revelation. Next in line is their association with the Gentiles of that country. Peter warned them not to do so 1 Pet 2:12. You recall earlier I mentioned that James wrote also to these same Churches and to the people of the 12 Tribes, now James and Jude writes to encourage their faith, it seems that before they had finished their letter they received news that the 7 Churches had fallen away. When you come to James 5:1-10, carefully notice this Verse 3 speaks of Fire verse 7, 8, 9, is taken up in the Coming of Christ, His coming is imminent, right at the door, these Jews had been taught about the Coming of Christ in judgment against Israel. So the Jews abruptly refused to take the advice of Peter; they tried to abrogate the Gospel. But notice especially 2 Pet. 2:1-13, notice how he looses his cool, he bears down on top of the people he tells them what is in store for them. Notice James 5:1-18, he also lets loose in his last chapter, he makes it clear as to what is happening and sets a time for the coming of the Lord, “right at the Door”. You cannot get any closer than that.

Now see what Jude has to say about the same people Read Jude, 1-25. Jude writes his letter to the same people as do Peter and James they write to the people of the seven Churches. But now! We have John who is waiting to be announced do you recall what Jesus without fail said to John Rev. 1:11 “Write what you see and send it to the Seven Churches”. Now, I challenge anyone to show me just one letter written by an Apostle to the Gentile world, other than The Apostle Paul.

2 PETER 3:1-18.

An Investigation into the teaching of second Peter. Things we should ask, and find the truthful answer. Who are the prophets mentioned by Peter? Are they Old Covenant or New Covenant?  Peter makes previous predictions in chapter 3, Peter tell us that he is reiterating what he had written in first Peter. What had he said on the subject of the coming of the Lord? Hebrews 9:8, the way into the tabernacle has not been disclosed, while the old tabernacle is still standing. That is the law of Christ and is not effective until the old tabernacle of God is removed.  In short the changing of Covenants, Heb 8:1-13, Heb 10:5-10. Peter expresses the importance of judgment against the Jews his people.  1 Pet. 4:7, “therefore the end of all things is at hand”. 1 Pet. 1:4-5 “Salvation is ready to be revealed in the last day”. 2 Pet. 1:7 “The present heavens and earth by His word are being reserves for fire, kept for the Day of Judgment and destruction of ungodly men”. Matthew 5:17-18, the old heaven and earth must pass away before the Law of Moses is annulled the old heaven and earth was the promised land of Israel. It was God’s Sanctuary, He lived among His people after this people, the Jews were condemned God left His Sanctuary on earth and said He would move His sanctuary to another place and another people/ Ezekiel 9:1-3, Ezek. 10:4, 18 Ezek. 11:23. Rev. 21:1-6.

What are the last days? Is it the last days of time, or is it the last days of the   Jewish economy the Old world and heaven of God. Was it necessary to destroy Israel? Would the Gentiles have had salvation if Israel were not destroyed? What world perished in the Flood? What about the Covenant that God made to Himself when He said; “I will never again curse the ground on the account of man, and I will never again destroy ever living thing as I have done”. (Genesis 8:21, Eccl. 1:4, Ps. 78:69, Ps. 93:1, Ps. 104:5, Ps. 119:90, Dan. 2: 44.)

CAN YOU CORELATE THIS?

God and Chronology, One Day is as a Thousand Years? Psalms 90:4 “ For a thousand years in thy sight are like yesterday when it passes by, or as a watch in the night”.

I find no place in the Old or New Testament where 1000 years is the future millennium. Rather for sure it is uses as a Spiritual thought, not a physical one; but when the truth is known the people who teaches this is not Spiritual rather Physical and they seek to interpret the Scriptures as they wish. Peter said we could not do that! 2 Pet. 2:20-21 “But know this first of all, that no prophecy of Scripture is a matter of one’s own interpretation." For no prophecy was ever made by the act of human will, men moved by the Holy Spirit spoke from God’’. Did you know that?

To do such would be to Blaspheme the Holy Spirit, there is no forgiveness for that act Matt. 12:32.

THE DAY OF THE LORD,

1 Pet. 4:7 “The end of all things is at hand”. John says little children it is the last hour and just as you heard that Anti Christ is coming, even NOW many Anti Christ has arisen; from this we know that it is the last hour”. John should know when the last time was coming. After all he had written the Revelation where all these things were revealed. CAN YOU ARGUE WITH JOHN? If you think you can, then listen to James when he writes the Jews in Asia. James 5:3 says “in the last days”, then in James 5:7-9 He says, “Be patient strengthen your heart for the coming of the Lord.

Verse 8 “The lord is at hand”. Verse 9 “ Behold the Judge is right at the door”.

Hebrews 10:37 “FOR YET IN A LITTLE WHILE, HE WHO IS COMING WILL COME AND HE WILL NO DELAY”. Habakkuk 2:3, He who is to come will come and will not delay”.

Hebrews 10:11 “ BEHOLD I HAVE COME TO DO THY WILL. HE takes away the first in order to establish the second. Ref, Hebrews 8:1-13, Hebrews 12:26

“And His voice shook the earth then, but now He has promised saying I will shake not only the earth but also the heaven”. Now, which heaven and earth is going to be shaken? God’s heaven and earth, the Promised Land, or the Spiritual Heaven and Earth? When I hear people say O, the devil made me do that I relent. Paul talks about this and the coming of the Lord, 2 Thess. 2:3-8 Paul had already informed these Christians about the day of the Lord, here he informs them again and it looks as if the Devil would not have air condition any more, He is to be cast out there are a lot of things happening on the day of the Lord, the Scriptures has more to say about Satan. John 12:31, 16:11, Hebrews 2:14-15, 1 John 3:8 All on the day of the Lord.

Matthew 13:37-41, The day of the Lord, what will happen? Unrighteous people and the Devil will be burned up and cast out. Fire, Fire but only for the wicked.

Matthew 24:33-35 “It seems that Christ here set out to proclaim His coming (the day of the Lord) I just do not believe that when any person reads this in Matthew, and then says O, the Lord has not come yet, It’s still future! Jesus very clearly states emphatically that His generation will not pass away until all things are fulfilled. Already He had laid out in detail the Lord’s Day and His plan for the destruction of Jerusalem and the Promised Land. Remember the TARES? Matthew 13:37-43, how be it that the Devil, and the wicked and the Promised Land shall be burned up. And yet at the same time the righteous will shine forth as the Sun. NOTE, It just seems that those who claim the land water, rivers, lakes, ponds, and creeks is also included in their world burning. But Scientist says that water will not burn. What say YE?

2 PETER 3:10-13, “BUT THE DAY OF THE LORD WILL COME: like a thief in the night in which the heavens will pass away with a roar and the elements will be destroyed with intense heat, and the earth and its works will be burned up”.

I call your attention to the fact that when prophets is revealing an imminent event it is never given in physical application. God, or the Holy Spirit speaks to the Prophet or Apostle in Spiritual terms, Especially in Catastrophic events. Dear reader I do not wish to violate your God given Autonomy. BUT, ask sincerely that you CORRELATE this reading with Isaiah 13: 1-19, especially verses 6, 9, 10, 13. Read this and Correlate it with 2 Peter 3-13. Now think Verse 1 informs you that God is making this prophecy BABYLON just after the 70-year captivity of Israel.  Jeremiah 25:1-12,

Babylon was destroyed by the Meads in war the nation was to be burned up. Where people would never live on the land. Yet the same land has been and yet occupied by IRAQ, and IRAN. Now, this is quite controversial when you talk about Isaiah being a PATTERN for the destruction in 2 Peter 3:10-13. The evaluation of Isa. 13, and 2 Pet. 3:10-13 should Biblically be seen as Metaphorical language of God. Metaphorical? Yes. If you cannot accept this paragraph, then turn in your Bible to Genesis 37: 5-10,

You don’t understand Genesis?

Well think for a moment. Joseph has a vision, he calls it a dream, he relates the dream to his brothers and they hated even more; but he related the dream to them Catch this now; they were binding sheaves a food for cows, camels, horses. It was cot down at the surface of the ground and shocked that is tied in large bundles and stood upon the ground. And their sheaf bowed down to his sheaf. The brothers said, are you actually going to reign over us. Can you see that one thing is here used to describe another? You would think that the dream could have nothing to do with Joseph actually ruling over them in Egypt; but he did.

Look now at verse 9, “Behold the sun and the moon and eleven stars were bowing down to me. Now the eleven stars represented his eleven brothers; but who did the sun and moon represent? The sun represented the father the moon represented the mother. Now, what this represents is simply this. God used heavenly bodies to represent physical, this is used through out the Scriptures. Look at Isa. 13:10, “the stars of heaven will not flash forth their light.” Stars represent common people.

The sun will be dark when it arises. As the father represents the head of the family, the father here represents the head of government. “And the moon will not shed its light. The moon here represents the pagan religion that Babylon held. I don’t understand. Well then look at Matthew 5:16, Jesus said, “Let your light so shine that others may see your good works and glorify God”. Look also at Daniel 8:9-10. Tell me how that one of the once field Generals of Alexander, who was reigning after Alexander died. He grew up to the host of heaven and he caused some of the host and stars to fall down, and he trampled them down. Did this man actually pull down some of the host of heaven, ANGELS AND STARS? No its only Spiritual-Metaphorical language used by God. THE SAME USED IN ISA. 13, AND 2 PETER 3:10-13, THE DAY OF THE LORD HAS ALREADY COME.

Finally, for our purposes, is 1 Peter 4:17. Here the inspiration says,  “The time is come for judgment to begin at the house of the God”. Could there be any clearer affirmation of a Biblical belief in an imminent return for judgment if I wrote 50 more pages?

CLOSING THOUGHTS: Peter says, in 2 peter 3 when he speaks about the day of the Lord, that he is reminding his readers of what he has earlier written in first Peter,

And is it not true that all 0ld Testament prophecies in 2 Peter is simply reiteration of Old Testament Covenant prophecies of the “day of the Lord”.

In Debate or discussions I have found few who can really deal truthfully with the Scripture on the judgment of the Lord’s Day. It is proven that there has been a great change in the Church of our Lord, the Church has gone through a period of POLLUTION by different religious or unreligious institutions namely, Humanism, Paganism, Dispensationalism, I am asked why?  Answer, for me to go to Church without recognizing that I go to worship God, Christ and the Holy Spirit of God, to observe the Lord’s Supper and to sing and to have fellowship. I do not go to hear the preacher give an account of his last Golf game, or that his favorite Ball team lost the game. And finally about his Sermon it’s all about the Golden Utopia or the thousand-year reign, the second coming of Christ.

I cannot agree with Amillenialists, especially those I find in the modern Church. I believe this to be untenable position, as I will seek to speak upon. I believe correct, is the doctrine of the last days, I will speak boldly, I would put my life to the test of Isaiah 2:1-4 “In the last days” God would establish His Church. He DID NOT SAY in the beginning. You cannot make it say that.  2 Pet. 3:3.”Peter says, "that in the last days scoffers will come”. In the last days of what, the last days of the Jewish dispensation. Not the beginning of the Jewish economy, the Jewish economy began some 3500 years ago. This has reference to the end of that economy and the beginning of the Christian age under Christ I think that it is well put to say, that those who insist the last days started on Pentecost AD 33 over looks the very prophecies which spoke of them. Isaiah 2:1-4, “in the last days says God, The Mountain of the house of the Lord will be established as Chief of the mountains.” Isaiah 27:12-13 “ in that day”. Verse 13 “It will come about in that day”. The day of Pentecost AD 33. Isaiah 28:16-18, God is laying the Stone in Zion. Christ and the Church. And I will make justice the measuring line, and your Covenant with death will be cancelled. (See also Hebrews 8:1-13. The “last days” have passed 2000 years ago.

Those who insist upon Scripture that uses only “The last day” and in the mind cancel all other Scriptures which when referenced is just as Inspired as 2 Peter 3:3 “In the last days”. I will say, “I BELIEVE THAT EACH SCRIPTURE WHICH IS REFERENCED FROM 2 PET 3:3 is equally inspired by God and important to the study of the “last days” of the Jewish economy.

CLOSING ARGUMENTS.  In Matt, 13 Jesus spoke of “the end of the age” as the time of harvest. This is significant in light of Revelation 14 and the imminence of the harvest. It is also meaningful because He was living in the Jewish Age when he said harvest is at the end of the age and as the tares are gathered and burned in the fire, so shall it be in the end of this Age Jesus said harvest was to occur at the end of this age. Jesus says He is the one who sowed the good seed, the Devil sowed, the     tares 41 Jesus sends forth His angels to gather the wicked and cast them into the furnace of Fire, We find this Equal to Matt, 24:29-34. 13: 10, the disciples asked Jesus why do you speak to the people in Parables?  Verse 13, “I speak to them in parables; because while seeing they do not see, and while hearing they do not hear, nor do they understand”. At this point in the history of Judah most of the Jewish people had gone back into Paganism. Look again at what Jesus say’s about the people verse 13, “They cannot see.” “They cannot hear.” “They cannot understand”

Hebrews 9:26 informs us that Jesus came at the “End of the world.” Literally the “consummation of the age.” In Heb 1:1 it says Jesus spoke “in these last days.”

A comparison with chapter 2:1ff reveals this to be an allusion to his personal ministry. Such is also the case with the passage in 9:26 especially since is speaking of him appearing in the end of the age to put away sin by sacrificing himself. In 1 Pet 1:19-20 Simon Peter tells of the redeeming sacrifice of Jesus. He tells us Jesus was foreordained for this purpose, the sacrifice of his blood, but was manifested in “these last days.” But this is not all. Galatians 4:4 we find this: “But when the fullness of time was come God sent forth his Son, made of a woman, under the law.” This same Jesus lived and died under the law.

WOE, to these preachers who teaches in the Lord’s Church who will not DEBATE me in public, To my students: Do you think that they need to go back to school?

I give all credit and praise to Christ our Saviour and God our Father for the ability to Research the inspired Scripture on behalf of Fulfilled Prophecy and for those who claim the inspiration of all Scripture? To the unbeliever I must say I have given you adequate and pertinent Scripture to prove to the average person that Christ came to destroy Jerusalem and Judah, Micah 2:12-13, Zechariah 14: 1-9, and Genesis 49: 8-10. God through the prophet Jacob is foretelling the future of each son, and each son represents one of the 12 tribes. Judah represented the tribe of Judah. Judah was not destroyed at the first coming of Christ. Christ did not remove the Sceptre from Judah at his first coming, however Judah remained a recognized nation with the power from God to operate as a nation. BUT, when Shiloh (Christ the finisher) is ready to come down from heaven to earth for judgment, especially to Judah. Gen. 49:8-10, the finisher removes the Sceptre from Judah. Judah remained no longer a nation.

THE DISCUSSION of world burning is now in your hands, YOU accept or reject.
